Turbo Booker offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During this period, you can explore all features without any charges. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If Turbo Booker fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
• Early Cancellation: Refund requests made within 3 days of initial subscription purchase (after trial period)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• After 3 days from the initial subscription charge (post-trial)
• For partial months of service
• If your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
• Changes in Amazon Relay's platform that affect Turbo Booker's functionality (beyond our control)
• User error or misunderstanding of the service features

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to Turbo Booker until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
• Cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds unless within the eligible refund window

6. Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts and special offers are applied at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a discounted subscription, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs.
